My husband loves bananas, so as a quick treat I decided to whip up a banana cream pie. Everything came from a package (except the banana) - no cooking here, just heat, stir and pour. No real need to blog other than to admit to you all that sometimes the simple stuff just tastes good!!
Shortbread crust was much better than a graham crust!
Could it be any easier? Or yummier?
