Garlic Bread Seasoning

In true CopyCat fashion, this recipe is completely taken from Our Best Bites. And thank goodness for it.

I like making garlic buns/bread occasionally - especially if I am trying to use up some leftover bread. It also spices sandwiches up nicely. Now, I finally have the right seasoning mix to use! The best part is this makes just over 1/2 cup of seasoning that you can store and use as you like.

Garlic Bread Seasoning
1/2 cup powdered Parmesan cheese
2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
2 tsp marjoram
2tsp parsley

Combine all ingredients in a spice jar. Sprinkle on top of bread sticks or combine 1 1/2 tbsp seasoning with 1/2 cup of softened real butter and spread on a loaf of French Bread sliced lengthwise. Place open faced under the broiler until brown and crispy.

So many possibilities.

Enjoy
