Where have you been??

I have an apology and a promise...



Sorry if it seems I have been absent for the past few weeks. I know it may look as though I haven't been cooking or blogging - but it is quite the opposite. All I have been doing is reading, researching, cooking and writing.



I have a promise to make to you all.....
